Web-based Student Progress / Status Monitoring System
A revolutionary concept for Colleges to ensure that
they stay up-to-date in providing world-class support
and services to their students and parents. It is an
on-line system which shows current information about
a student. Information can be accessed individually
through a unique username and password, only by the
concerned student or his parents or whoever is given
the secure access details.
Features of eStudent:
A URL is given to each college which takes the internet
visitor to the home page where a photo of the college
can be placed along with links to other websites belonging
to the college. An eStudent entry area can be seen here,
where a unique username and password is to be entered.
On entering the same, the visitor will be taken to the
particular student's area, where the following details
may be viewed:
Student
Profile : Important details of the student
like name, ID no, degree pursuing, photograph, address,
phone no., email ID, parents details, etc. will be displayed
here.
Attendance : Attendance %, Leave dates
and reasons for absenteeism, etc. will be shown here.
Semester Exam Scores : Semester Exam
results will be displayed here
Test

are displayed here
Exam Schedule : All upcoming exam schedules
are shown here

their respective due dates are mentioned here. Once

College News : Any college news, upcoming
events and announcements are shown here date wise and
subject wise.
Remarks on Student : : If a professor,
HOD or principal decides to make an observation on a
student, they can directly go to a specific URL and
input student ID and make a comment. This will be updated
in the web with the date mentioned, and the student,
parent or guardian may see these remarks and if necessary,
reply by email to the professor who made the observation.
email to Professor : If a parent, guardian
or student wishes to send an email to a professor, HOD
or principal, they may do it from here.
Such an online dissemination of information about students
helps the parents in knowing how their wards are doing,
and helps them in reacting quickly to any problems associated
with a student. This also makes them feel much safer,
because they do not have to travel long distances to
be physically present in the college to learn about
their children's activities.
